Ingredients
- 14 oz. coconut
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 block paraffin
- 12 oz. milk chocolate chips
Method
- Mix coconut, margarine, powdered sugar and Eagle Brand milk well.
- Shape into balls or squares.
- Chill for 20 minutes in freezer.
- Melt paraffin and milk chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
- Dip balls in mixture and place on wax paper to cool.
