Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Method

  • Mix butter with 1/2 cup sugar; add graham cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of 11 x 8-inch pan.
  • Set aside.
  • Beat 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Should be runny.
  • Pour over graham cracker crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Top with pie filling.
  • Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
