Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix butter with 1/2 cup sugar; add graham cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of 11 x 8-inch pan.
- Set aside.
- Beat 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Should be runny.
- Pour over graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Top with pie filling.
- Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
