Ingredients
- 1 c. canned cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Method
- Combine the corn, eggs, flour and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
