Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk (lukewarm)
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 4 1/2 c. flour (add gradually)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Method

  • Put yeast in warm milk and dissolve.
  • Let stand about 10 minutes, then add oil, sugar, salt and eggs to milk mixture.
  • Add flour gradually.
  • Let rise in bowl at least 2 hours or more.
  • Roll out on floured surface and cut into strips.
  • Dip each strip in melted butter.
  • Stack around in a Bundt pan.
  • Let rise until double in size.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 400°.
