Ingredients
- 1 c. milk (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour (add gradually)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
Method
- Put yeast in warm milk and dissolve.
- Let stand about 10 minutes, then add oil, sugar, salt and eggs to milk mixture.
- Add flour gradually.
- Let rise in bowl at least 2 hours or more.
- Roll out on floured surface and cut into strips.
- Dip each strip in melted butter.
- Stack around in a Bundt pan.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Bake 45 minutes at 400°.
