Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked squash, drained real good and cooled
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and salt; next mix egg and milk all together. Add squash and flavoring.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
