Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Stir in thawed orange juice.
  • Add in undrained pineapple.
  • Chill until partially set (the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  • Fold in oranges and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Chill until almost firm.
