- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in thawed orange juice.
- Add in undrained pineapple.
- Chill until partially set (the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
- Fold in oranges and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Chill until almost firm.
