Ingredients
- 3 head roasted garlic
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp.black pepper
- 1/4 cup packed chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper,or more to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
- Mash the roasted garlic with a fork .
- Add the olive oil ,salt ,pepper ,parsley , cayenne ,sugar ,and water .
- Mix to combine .
- Serve at room temperature .
