Ingredients
- 3 c. skim milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. water
- mint leaves
Method
- Combine milk, sugar and coffee in pan.
- Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle gelatin over water, stirring until dissolved.
- Add gelatin to milk mixture and mix well.
- Pour into 4 glasses.
- Chill until set.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
