Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. hot tap water
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- If potatoes are nice, no need to peel.
- Slice potatoes and onions and layer in casserole.
- Sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
- Dot top with butter.
- Mix hot water with bouillon and pour over top.
- Cover and microwave on High for 17 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- Recover, microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer.
