Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. quick-cook oatmeal
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add sugar and syrup.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Add oatmeal and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° until filling is firm.
