Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 1/4 c. dried shrimp or any of dashi ingredients
- 1/2 c. miso
- 1/2 tofu, diced
- 3 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
Method
- Make soup stock by boiling water and shrimp (or meat) for about 30 minutes; strain.
- Add miso, tofu and green onions; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 5.
