Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes; add cream cheese, beating until smooth.
- Add sour cream, garlic and butter.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Garnish with butter and paprika.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 6.
- (Can be made ahead and baked following day.)
