Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c white vinegar
Method
- Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. Peel and quarter onion, then thinly slice, add vinegar. Refrigerate up to 8 hr in tightly covered container, shaking and turning occasionally to coat vegetables. This is good with hotdogs, hamburgers and pinto beans.
