Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard, divided
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, 1 tablespoon of the mustard, milk, salt and pepper
  • Fill 6 muffin cups with the meat mixture and bake for 20 minutes
  • Combine the remaining tablespoon of mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar, spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf, and bake for another 15 minutes
