Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- peanut butter cups
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inches, with paper baking cups.
- Place 1 wafer, flat side down in each cup.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until fluffy.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Fill cups three-fourths full.
- Press peanut butter cups in center.
- Bake about 20 minutes until centers are firm; cool 15 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
