Ingredients

  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • peanut butter cups

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inches, with paper baking cups.
  • Place 1 wafer, flat side down in each cup.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until fluffy.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Fill cups three-fourths full.
  • Press peanut butter cups in center.
  • Bake about 20 minutes until centers are firm; cool 15 minutes.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
