Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch green grapes
  • 4 to 6 large onions
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 c. granulated sugar

Method

  • Peel and cut each grape in half and remove seeds.
  • Peel oranges; section and remove all white membranes.
  • Cut each section of orange "meat" in half.
  • Each chunk of orange should be about 1/4 inch.
  • Add pineapple, pecans, sliced bananas and sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • This should be real juicy.
  • Serve in glass dessert dishes with sweetened whipped cream on top.
  • We serve this at Christmas with pound cake.
