Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Line muffin tins with liners.
- Press crumbs with shot glass. Preheat oven to 325°.
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Fill muffin pans 3/4 full.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Remove from pan when cool. Chill.
- Top with fruit, jam or powdered sugar.
