Ingredients
- 2 med. apples, diced fine
- 4 slices white bread
- Artificial sweetener to equal 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Combine cinnamon, apples, vanilla and sweetener.
- Roll bread flat with rolling pin.
- Spoon apple mix onto center of bread.
- Roll bread as for jellyroll; fasten with toothpick.
- Bake for 10-15 min or possibly till brown.
- One roll equals one bread and one fruit exchange.
- Each roll is 116 calories.
