Ingredients
- 12 whole Mini-Tart Shells
- 3 whole Apples
- 1/4 cups Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice (or A Dash Of Nutmeg And Brown Sugar)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place tart shells on a baking sheet.
- Core apples and dice into small pieces.
- Mix together in a large bowl the apples, corn syrup and lime juice.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg and brown sugar.
- Spoon into tart shells until just full.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until tart shells are lightly browned and the filling looks caramelized.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
