Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
  • 2 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)

Method

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
  • Add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
  • Pour half mixture in flat mold and chill until almost set.
  • Spread sour cream evenly over this and add remaining jello mixture on top of sour cream.
  • Let set.
  • Cut in squares to serve.
