Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
- 2 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
- Add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
- Pour half mixture in flat mold and chill until almost set.
- Spread sour cream evenly over this and add remaining jello mixture on top of sour cream.
- Let set.
- Cut in squares to serve.
