Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender, drain
- 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 20 Ritz crackers
Method
- Melt butter and cheese together. Pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with Ritz crackers, crumbled.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
