Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. nonfat, plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
- 1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in blender.
- Makes approximately 2 servings; each contains 92 calories and less than 1 g fat.
