Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. buckwheat honey
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed for 20 seconds.
- Serve cold with a little whipped cream on top, if desired.
- Yields one portion.
