Ingredients
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 2 to 3 c. bourbon
Method
- In mixer, blend together the softened ice cream and milk.
- Add bourbon and mix.
- Place mixture in freezer until ready to use. The mixture fits conveniently into two 1/2-gallon milk cartons. Take from freezer and place in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving.
- Do not thaw completely; leave icy.
- Serve from silver pitcher.
- Makes approximately 1 gallon.
