Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ground hot peppers
- 8 c. ground tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, ground
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. white vinegar
- 8 tsp. salt
- 4 green peppers, diced
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Method
- Grind everything and mix.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer until thick.
- Pack in hot canning jars.
- Put on hot lids and rings; hot water bath for 10 to 15 minutes.
