Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. white Karo
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 c. salted peanuts

Method

  • Mix cake mix, egg and 1/2 cup butter.
  • Pack in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 18 minutes.
  • Put marshmallows over hot cake.
  • Pat down with a spoon.
  • Melt peanut butter chips and 1/3 cup white Karo.
  • Add 3 cups Rice Krispies.
  • Pour over cake.
  • Cover cake with 2 cups salted peanuts.
  • Pat down with a spoon.
  • Cool and serve.
