Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. small marshmallows
- 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. white Karo
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. salted peanuts
Method
- Mix cake mix, egg and 1/2 cup butter.
- Pack in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 18 minutes.
- Put marshmallows over hot cake.
- Pat down with a spoon.
- Melt peanut butter chips and 1/3 cup white Karo.
- Add 3 cups Rice Krispies.
- Pour over cake.
- Cover cake with 2 cups salted peanuts.
- Pat down with a spoon.
- Cool and serve.
