Ingredients
- 10 oz. baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. drained canned green chili peppers
Method
- Arrange potatoes in a 9-inch pie plate, overlapping slices. Loosely cover and microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes (until tender).
