Ingredients
- 1 c. minute rice, uncooked
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
Method
- Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon, and salt in 3 qt casserole.
- Stir in lowfat milk.
- Cook covered on level 8 7-9 min, or possibly till it begins to boil.
- Stir half way with wire whip.
- Stir in raisins, sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Makes 4-5 servings.
