Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 c. diced, fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions

Method

  • Mix green beans, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the croutons, mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Layer half each of the ham and green bean mixture in 1-quart casserole.
  • Repeat once.
  • Cover with waxed paper.
  • Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until hot and bubbly 13 to 15 minutes.
  • Rotate 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and the French fried onions.
  • Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
