Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 c. diced, fully cooked ham
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Method
- Mix green beans, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the croutons, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Layer half each of the ham and green bean mixture in 1-quart casserole.
- Repeat once.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until hot and bubbly 13 to 15 minutes.
- Rotate 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and the French fried onions.
- Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
