Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 scallions, sliced
- salt and pepper
Method
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower until tender, 3-5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. Add scallions and cook 2 minutes.
- Pour over cauliflower and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
