Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a 1-quart casserole.
- Stir in water and butter, using water at room temperature.
- Cook in microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Stir halfway through cooking time.
- (This will get quite thick.)
- Remove from microwave stirring thoroughly.
- Blend in vanilla.
