Ingredients
- 1 large light Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
- 1 (16 oz.) fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (in its own juice)
Method
- Mix jello with Cool Whip that has been defrosted.
- Drain pineapple and add to mixture.
- Add cottage cheese and refrigerate overnight.
