Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Heat milk and set aside. Melt butter on High.
- Stir in flour. Heat 1 minute on High.
- Stir in warm milk.
- Blend well.
- Cook on High for 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese and blend well.
