Ingredients
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook until thick. Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and soda.
- Beat together eggs and sour cream and add to cocoa mixture.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
- Grease and flour cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 20 - 22 minutes. Frost.
