Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons Stevia (or Sub 2 Tablespoons Sugar For The 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Eggnog (I Used Dairy Free)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk From Carton (Do Not Use Canned) Or Milk Of Choice
  • 1 ounce, fluid Rum (omit For Kid-free Version)
  • 1 dash Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Method

  • Into a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, add all your ingredients, except the rum and nutmeg. Whisk constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and whisk in rum. Pour into 3 mugs. Top with freshly grated nutmeg and whipped cream if desired.
