Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoons Stevia (or Sub 2 Tablespoons Sugar For The 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 cups Eggnog (I Used Dairy Free)
- 1 cup Coconut Milk From Carton (Do Not Use Canned) Or Milk Of Choice
- 1 ounce, fluid Rum (omit For Kid-free Version)
- 1 dash Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Method
- Into a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, add all your ingredients, except the rum and nutmeg. Whisk constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and whisk in rum. Pour into 3 mugs. Top with freshly grated nutmeg and whipped cream if desired.
