Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 4 to 6 qt. popped corn
Method
- Combine butter, syrup, sugar and salt in an 8 cup glass measuring cup or bowl.
- Bring to a boil in microwave and then cook 2 1/2 minutes.
- Stir in baking soda.
- Put corn in large brown grocery bag that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Pour syrup over corn and stir lightly to combine.
- Put the bag in the microwave; cook 2 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave and spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
