Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs.
- Add milk, salt and mustard.
- Add cubed bread and stir.
- Add cheese and sausage.
- Pour into glass baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
- Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Let sit a few minutes before serving.
