Ingredients
- 2 lb. ham loaf mixed (1 lb. fresh pork, 1 lb. ground ham)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into loaf.
- Bake at 350°. After first 1/2 hour of baking, pour glaze over and continue baking for another hour.
- Serves 6 - 8.
