Ingredients
- 16 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- In Pyrex bowl, combine sugar, butter, salt and syrup.
- Cook on High 2 minutes.
- Stir with whisk.
- Cook on High for 3 minutes, stirring with whisk after each 1 minute interval.
- Add vanilla and soda; stir (mixture will foam).
