Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 lb. flounder fillets or fish of your choice
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or tarragon, crushed

Method

  • Place fish in single layer in microwave-safe dish.
  • Cover with vented wrap (plastic).
  • Microcook on High for 4 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer fish to serving platter.
  • Place margarine in a 1 cup microwave-safe measure.
  • Cook on High for 40 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
  • Stir in juice and herb.
  • Drizzle over fish.
  • Garnish fish with lemon or lime peel or sprig of fresh herbs.
