Ingredients
- 1 1/3 lb. flounder fillets or fish of your choice
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or tarragon, crushed
Method
- Place fish in single layer in microwave-safe dish.
- Cover with vented wrap (plastic).
- Microcook on High for 4 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer fish to serving platter.
- Place margarine in a 1 cup microwave-safe measure.
- Cook on High for 40 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
- Stir in juice and herb.
- Drizzle over fish.
- Garnish fish with lemon or lime peel or sprig of fresh herbs.
