Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) butterscotch morsels
- 1 can or pkg. Chinese or chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c. peanuts or coconut
Method
- Melt butterscotch morsels in top of double boiler over hot water.
- Stir in noodles and peanuts or coconut to coat thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper.
- Let stand until firm.
