Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rhubarb (frozen Is Okay)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Butter

Method

  • 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, then transfer them to an 8" square baking dish. Lay chunks of the butter in several places over the rhubarb mixture.
  • 2. Make the topping. Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut 1/2 cup butter into the dry combination. Lay crumble on top of the rhubarb and butter chunks.
  • 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. If the top starts to burn you can cover it lightly with foil.
