Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. flour tortillas
- 8 oz. block cream cheese
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. chopped black olives
- 4 oz. can chili peppers
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except tortillas.
- Spread thin layer of mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla individually with Saran Wrap, tightly. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, slice each "roll up" into approximately 10 pinwheels.
- Serve and enjoy. Yield:
- approximately 80 appetizers.
