Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. block cream cheese
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. chopped black olives
  • 4 oz. can chili peppers
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except tortillas.
  • Spread thin layer of mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Roll up.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla individually with Saran Wrap, tightly. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, slice each "roll up" into approximately 10 pinwheels.
  • Serve and enjoy. Yield:
  • approximately 80 appetizers.
