Ingredients
- 1/2 fryer, cooked and chopped
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 2 green onions (tops also), chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 carton half and half or 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- cornstarch to thicken
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cornstarch.
- Cook until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water and stir into mixture (should be consistency of chili).
- Serve over rice, toast points or noodles.
