Ingredients

  • 1/2 fryer, cooked and chopped
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 2 green onions (tops also), chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 carton half and half or 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • cornstarch to thicken

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except cornstarch.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water and stir into mixture (should be consistency of chili).
  • Serve over rice, toast points or noodles.
