Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Coarsely chop tomatoes.
- Place in bowl.
- Add onion, jalapenos, cilantro, oil, garlic and salt.
- Serve with nacho chips or as a topping on Mexican foods.
