Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans bean dip
  • shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese or sharp cheese, shredded

Method

  • Mash avocados with lemon juice.
  • Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
  • Layer on a platter:
  • bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream/mayo/taco mixture, shredded lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, black olives and Monterey Jack or sharp cheese.
