Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chicken breast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas (large)
  • 1 (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Method

  • Cook and chop chicken; save broth.
  • Dip tortillas in broth. Layer in 9 x 13-inch dish, greased, in this order until you run out:
  • Tortillas, chicken and onion.
  • On top of that, layer cheese and sprinkle with chili and garlic powder.
  • Then pour on soups (mixed together) and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Don't stir.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
