- 1 boiled chicken, boned and chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 24 corn tortillas, each torn in about 8 pieces
Method
- Mix all together and bake in large casserole dish for 1 hour at 300°.
- Cover with foil while baking.
