- 12 tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Ranch style beans
- 1 small onion
- garlic powder
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Method
- Grease large pan or Pyrex dish.
- Line with 6 tortillas.
- Add beef, which has been browned, with onions and seasoned with chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add beans with juice.
- Lay sliced cheese on top.
- Cover with remaining tortillas.
- Top with mixture of Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken soup which has been heated. Cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
