Ingredients

  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch style beans
  • 1 small onion
  • garlic powder
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Grease large pan or Pyrex dish.
  • Line with 6 tortillas.
  • Add beef, which has been browned, with onions and seasoned with chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Add beans with juice.
  • Lay sliced cheese on top.
  • Cover with remaining tortillas.
  • Top with mixture of Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken soup which has been heated. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour at 325°.
