Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
Method
- Measure out 1/4 cup soup combined with beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
- Shape into meatballs 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
- Brown in skillet with shortening; blend remaining soup with water.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
